BrewDog Punk’s 18^th Birthday – PerfectDraft - Hotel Competition

All entrants must be based in the UK and 18 years of age or older.
PRIZE – BrewDog PLC, (Company Number SC311560), Registered Office at BrewDog, Balmacassie Commercial Park, Ellon, AB41 8BX (“BrewDog”) are offering one prize consisting of a £250 Brewdog Hotel and Bar voucher (£200 hotel and £50 bar tab).
To participate: Purchase a BrewDog Punk keg or bundle on Perfectdraft.com during the Promotion Period. You will be automatically entered into the relevant prize draw upon completing the purchase. One winner will be selected at random to win the prize, two weeks after the competition closing date.
You will be automatically submitted into the relevant Prize Draw on completion of purchase.
£200 Gift Card can be used towards booking a room at the DogHouse Manchester, DogHouse Edinburgh & Aberdeen Kennels.
Rooms must be booked in advance via email to the respective hotel location: aberdeenkennels@brewdog.com, Doghouseedinburgh@brewdog.com, doghousemanchester@brewdog.com. The Gift Card will be redeemed on arrival at check-in.
Booking is not permitted during August for the Edinburgh hotel, and December for all hotels redeemable within this competition.
£50 Redeemable against food & drink in BrewDog UK Bars , Pubs and Hotels. Not redeemable in Edinburgh Airport, Edinburgh Waverley, Gatwick Airport and Waterloo Arms.
Not valid for the BrewDog Online Shop.
Refunds are unavailable for the Gift Card and any Gift Card purchases.
All travel to be organised by the competition winner and is not included in the Prize in any way.
Winners will be chosen at random by PerfectDraft. The winner will be contacted by the PerfectDraft customer service team info@beerhawk.co.uk and a representative from Brewdog will be provided your respective contact details to reach out to arrange booking.
By entering the competition, you agree that BrewDog and PerfectDraft can contact you regarding this competition either through email or telephone, and that BrewDog & PerfectDraft can publicly announce that you have won through their official social media channels. Winners will also be published on BrewDog.Com
Entries will only be accepted between 00.00 on 17.04.25 – 23.59 on 24.04.25
Purchase necessary, internet access is required.
One entry per person.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, or any other payment or reward other than as set out in these Terms and cannot be assigned or transferred to anyone else once a winner has been selected.
BrewDog and PerfectDraft reserve the right to withdraw or amend this promotion at any time prior to the closing date at their discretion.

By entering this Promotion, the participant will be deemed to have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and be bound by them.

Eligibility:

The Promotion is organised by AB InBev UK Limited T/A Budweiser Brewing Group (company number: 3982132), Bureau, 90 Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1EN (the "Promoter").
The Promotion is open to all UK residents (excluding Northern Ireland) aged 18+, excluding employees of the Promoter or their immediate families, its associated agents, or anyone else professionally associated with the administration of the Promotion.
Winner must respond within 24 hours to claim the prize. In the event that they do not respond within 24 hours, another winner will be drawn.

The winner will be drawn at random after the end of the Promotional Period from all eligible entries and will be notified to the email address associated with their PerfectDraft account.

Promotional Period:
5. The Promotion opens at 12:00 on 03.04.2025 and closes at 23:59 on 06.04.2025 (the "Promotional Period").

Prizes:
6. a) One Arsenal t-shirt (the "Prize"). B) One Real Madrid t-shirt (the "Prize")

How to Enter:
7. a) Customers will automatically be entered into the Arsenal t-shirt prize draw when they purchase the game day keg pack and include a brand from Camden Town Brewery in their selected keg line-up. B) Customers will automatically be entered into the Real Madrid t-shirt prize draw when they purchase the game day keg pack and include Mahou in their selected keg line-up.

8. Entries are limited to one per household during the Promotional Period. The Promoter reserves the right to reject any entries beyond this.

Delivery of the Prize:
9. The Prize shall be delivered to the winner as soon as reasonably possible, but no later than 2 weeks after the Promotion closes.

General:
10. Winners shall indemnify and hold the Promoter and their respective affiliates, directors, agents, or other partners (the "Indemnitees") harmless from any claims, actions, proceedings, costs (including reasonable legal fees), and expenses brought or asserted by a third party against any of the Indemnitees arising as a result of the Promoter's use of the Winner's details.
11. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or any other form of compensation. If any element of the Prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.
12. Participation must be made directly by the individual entering the Promotion. Incomplete or illegible claims and those that do not satisfy these Terms & Conditions in full will be disqualified.
13. If the Promotion cannot run as planned due to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify participants who tamper with the entry process or to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion.
14. The Promoter, associated agencies, and companies will not be liable for any loss, expense, or damage suffered in connection with this Promotion or the acceptance/use of the Prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
15. The Promoter will not be liable for failure to comply with its obligations due to factors beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to health crises, weather conditions, strikes, industrial disputes, war, terrorist activity, riots, or other acts of God.
16. The Promoter may refuse to award a Prize in cases of fraud, dishonesty, breach, or non-entitlement under these Terms & Conditions. If the Prize has already been awarded, the Promoter may seek recovery of its value.
17. Any personal data supplied for this Promotion will be used solely for its administration and will not be shared with third parties unless consent is obtained. Personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy at https://www.perfectdraft.com/en-gb/privacy-policy

The Promoter’s decision is final in all circumstances regarding the Promotion.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, alter, or withdraw the Promotion due to unavoidable circumstances but will try to minimise the impact on participants.
20. If any provisions of these Terms & Conditions are deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the rest of the Terms & Conditions will remain in full effect.
21. By entering this Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
22. In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.
23. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Eligible: England and Wales residents only, 18+ only. Promotional period: promotion valid only from 05:00 on 3rd of February 2025 until 23:59 on 28th of February 2025.
Promotion: instead of receiving a credit in beer tokens in your wallet for the purchase of selected PerfectDraft kegs in our community stores via the In Store Rewards feature on the PerfectDraft App, when you purchase 3 eligible PerfectDraft kegs amongst the Selected Kegs*, a discount of £10 will be applied at the till on the total cumulative price for the three kegs. To access this promotion, shopper needs to own a PerfectDraft UK account and have downloaded the PerfectDraft App.
Shopper has to opt-in to the promotion in the In-Store Rewards hub in the PerfectDraft App to claim the discount.
Maximum of 3 PerfectDraft kegs discounted per transaction per customer.

February 2025 - Scotland - £5 off per keg on selected kegs

Eligible: Scotland residents only, 18+ only. Promotional period: promotion valid only from 05:00 on the 3rd of February 2024 until 23:59 on the 28th of February 2024.
Promotion: instead of receiving a credit in beer tokens in your wallet for the purchase of any PerfectDraft keg in our community stores via the In Store Rewards feature on the PerfectDraft App, when you purchase one of the selected PerfectDraft kegs*, a discount of £5 per eligible keg will be applied by the store at the till.
