PerfectDraft World Cup Referral Promotion — Terms & Conditions

Eligibility
1. The Promotion is organised by PerfectDraft UK Limited (company number: 08118833), Bureau, 90 Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1EN (the "Promoter").
2. The Promotion is open to all residents of the United Kingdom, aged 21+, excluding employees of the Promoter or their immediate families, its associated agents or anyone else professionally associated with the administration of the Promotion.
3. Purchase is necessary for entry. PerfectDraft app, account & draw opt in required by the Referring Customer and Referred Customer.
4. Customers will not be able to refer themselves or other existing PerfectDraft customers. Customers are not allowed to sell their referral codes or share on coupon sites. It is not authorised to create several accounts in order to carry out several orders with this code in pyramid mode.
5. Whilst we want you to enjoy this promotion, we discourage overconsumption. Please do not consume more alcoholic beverages than the recommended UK government guidelines. The Promoter encourages responsible drinking and would direct consumers to read http://www.drinkaware.co.uk for more information.

Promotion Dates
6. The promotion opens 16:00 GMT on 2nd March 2026 and closes 23:59 BST on 20th April 2026 (the "Promotion Period").

How to Enter
8. Visit the PerfectDraft app and log in to see the promotional communication. Click on the link to be taken to the World Cup Draws tab.
9. Select your preferred match from either England or Scotland and opt in to the relevant Prize Draw.
10. Share your (the “Referring Customer”) unique referral code with your friend (the “Referred Customer”).
11. The Referred Customer must download the PerfectDraft app, create an account and use the code at checkout to make a purchase of a Promotional Product via https://www.perfectdraft.com/en-gb/.
12. The Referred Customer must select their preferred match from either England or Scotland and tick the opt in upon checkout to be entered into the relevant Prize Draw.
13. Once a Referred Customer has made a qualifying purchase, both the Referred Customer and the Referring Customer will each be entered into their preferred Prize Draw.
14. Use of the referral code will also entitle the Referred Customer to a discount off PerfectDraft machines and bundles (see (49) below for details). If a referral code is used, the Referring Customer will receive £15 in beer tokens per referral.
15. £15 in beer tokens referrals are limited to 4 per month. There is no limit to the number of referrals for entry into the Prize Draws.
16. Prizes are limited to a maximum of one Prize per person. A person is defined by name, mobile number and email address and the combination needs to be unique to a single participant for a Prize claim to be valid.

Winner Selection
17. The Prize Draws will be held within 3 working days of the close date of the Promotion Period.
18. The Prize Draw winners will be drawn from all valid entries received per match during the Promotion Period. The winners will be drawn by an automated computerised program under the supervision of an independent adjudicator. An appropriate amount of reserve winners will be selected at the time of the draw.
19. The Prize Draw winners will be contacted via phone call using the phone number linked to their PerfectDraft account, within 3 days of the Prize Draw. The winners will be required to confirm their acceptance of the Prize within 4 days to claim their Prize. If a winner does not claim their Prize, it will be forfeited and will be reallocated to a reserve winner, drawn at the same time as the Prize Draw. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.

Prize Terms and Conditions
22. The Prizes will be arranged by email/phone between the prize fulfilment agency and the winners. The prize fulfilment agency will make all reasonable efforts to provide the winners with details of the Prize at the earliest possible opportunity. Once the Prize details including dates, travel and locations are confirmed, this cannot be amended or altered by a winner.
23. The trip must be taken on the date specified above and the Winners and their guests (21+) must be available to attend on the specified dates.
24. The Winners will be required to provide the name and details of their guests (21+) during the Winner Notification process.
25. For the avoidance of doubt, the match tickets allow entry only to the match and do not include travel/transportation, food, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, or any other costs of a personal nature (including spending money) that are not explicitly set out in these Terms and Conditions and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the Prize will be responsible for any such costs.
26. The Winners will not be entitled to any compensation and will have no claim against the organisers if the trip or any other event forming part of the Prize is delayed, postponed, rescheduled or cancelled.
27. If a Prize is cancelled or rejected by the Winner, no alternative prize will be issued and for the avoidance of doubt, no compensation and/or refund will be provided.
28. All elements of the Prize package must be taken as part of the same trip.
29. Guests must be over the age of 21 at the time of organising the Prize.
30. The Winners must inform the Promoter of any dietary requirements or allergens for themselves and their guest by 2 weeks prior to taking their trip.
31. The Winners and their guests will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel; any necessary visas, ESTAs or travel insurance are the responsibility of the Winners and their guests. In the event that a Winner or their guest are unable to travel due to visa or other personal circumstances, no alternative tickets will be issued and no compensation or other prize will be provided.
32. The Prize will be forfeited if:
• a. a Winner or their guest has not obtained all of the proper travel documents by the date specified by the Promoter;
• b. a Winner or their guest has any immigration complications which prevent them from entering, leaving or travelling to, or within, the relevant trip destination; or
• c. a Winner or their guest has any medical, legal or any other reason that would prevent them from accepting and participating in the Prize.
33. It is the responsibility of the Winners and their guests to check any travel advisories issued by a Government, to determine whether they wish to accept the risk of travelling to the relevant destination. The Promoter will not be responsible for any loss or damage suffered by any Winner or their guest arising out of their failure to follow any travel advisories issued by a Government. The Winner and their guests must comply with and are responsible for obtaining all information regarding any recommended inoculation or vaccination and obtaining the inoculation(s) or vaccination(s), including but not limited to Covid vaccinations, and health regulations, including but not limited to PCR tests, required to fly into the trip destination country.
34. Specified accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking and will be confirmed to the Winners during the Main Prize fulfilment. Alternatives may be offered depending on availability.
35. The Promoter will have final discretion on all elements and aspects of how a Prize is organised and at all times, the Promoter will have the discretion as to how to implement the Prize fulfilment.
36. Return transfers from the Winner's home to the local international airport are not included.
37. It will be the Winner's and their guest's responsibility to take out, at their own cost, all relevant insurance (including but not limited to health and travel insurance, insurance for theft, loss and damage to property) which may be required or prudent to be taken.
38. A valid credit or debit card may be required to check in to your room and will be used to guarantee any incidentals such as in-room calls or services.
39. The Winners and their guests must abide by and are subject to the Airline's published Conditions of Carriage.
40. Lounge passes and upgrades are not permitted. Flights cannot be used in conjunction with any loyalty programme, any other discount, discount coupon(s) or voucher(s), promotion(s) or special offer(s).
41. The Winners are responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guest in connection with the Prize. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude a Winner and/or their guest from participation in any aspect of the Prize if any party fails to comply with the directions of the Promoter or any companies associated with the Prize or if a Winner and/or their guest act in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is, in the opinion of the Promoter, anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others. Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions may result in refused entry, or the ticket holders being required to leave the venue.
42. The Winners and their guests must abide by and are subject to the ticketing terms and conditions which can be found at: FIFA World Cup 2026 Ticketing Terms of Use.

Beer Token Terms and Conditions
43. The Beer Tokens and the referral code have no monetary value and may not be redeemed for cash. Beer Tokens and the referral code are not transferable and may not be auctioned, traded, bartered or sold. Upon termination of the referral program or any portion thereof for any reason, any unredeemed Beer Tokens that have not yet been delivered to Referrer are forfeited.
44. The Beer Tokens received from valid referrals will expire after 6 months.
45. If we deem the customer to be sharing their code against the spirit of the programme we will remove the referral code from their account.
46. Referral discounts will not stack on any other discounts.
47. We reserve the right to modify or amend at any time these Referral Terms and Conditions and/or the methods through which rewards are earned. We reserve the right to disqualify any Referrers from participation in the Refer a Friend Program at any time at our sole discretion, including without limitation if he/she does not comply with any of these Terms and Conditions or otherwise fails to comply with any applicable laws.
48. We reserve the right to suspend or close any person's account in the event of suspicion of fraud or abuse in connection with this Refer a Friend Program.
49. Referral codes will apply an additional £10 off the site-wide pricing on one of the SKUs outlined above hereinafter, the “Products”, for the Referred Customer.
50. The discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount codes.
51. We reserve the right to increase the value of referral discounts at any time.
52. When a referral code is used at the checkout by the Referred Customer, the Referring Customer will receive £15 in Beer Tokens automatically credited to their account.
53. If a qualifying purchase is returned for a refund, the number of Beer Tokens associated with the referral will be deducted from the Beer Token account balance of the referrer customer. Should you have already redeemed those Beer Tokens, such amount will be set-off against your refund at a value of £0.05 per Beer Token.
54. We reserve the right to increase the value of Beer Tokens a referrer customer will receive.
55. Referral codes will be assigned to existing PerfectDraft customers. Existing customers are outlined as customers with an account on the PerfectDraft website that have a purchase history of any PerfectDraft related products (PerfectDraft machines and/or PerfectDraft kegs only).
56. An existing customer cannot:
• use their own referral code to purchase any of the Products.
• use the referral code of another existing customer to purchase any of the Products.

General
57. The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason any element of any Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute another prize for it, of equal or greater value.
58. The surnames of all Winners will be available upon request by sending an email to consumer.helpline@ab-inbev.com within three months of the close date of the Promotion Period. Entrants to the Promotion can, at any time (including at or before the time of entry), object to all or some of their personal information being made available by emailing consumer.helpline@ab-inbev.com. However, the Promoter shall provide the information upon request from such competent authorities (including the Advertising Standards Authority).
59. Entry must be made directly by the individuals entering the Promotion. Incomplete or illegible entries together with entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms & Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be considered.
60. The Promoter seeks to run fair and secure promotions and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entry or entries (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified, any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and/or provisional winners by requesting such information it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose. A Prize may be withheld unless and until verification is completed satisfactorily.
61. In the event that the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the claim process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions and to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected claims.
62. The Promoter, together with any associated agencies and companies, will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using any Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
63. The Promoter will not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations or any delay in performing its obligations within these Terms & Conditions if an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs caused by (but not limited to) global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God, or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.
64. The Promoter may refuse to award a Prize in the event of any entrant’s fraud, dishonesty, breach or non-entitlement under these Terms & Conditions or seek recovery of its value if a Prize has been awarded.
65. All personal data supplied for this Promotion will be used for the purpose of this Promotion and for research and analytical purposes by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion. Personal data will not be disclosed to an unconnected third party unless your positive consent has been obtained. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy at https://budweiserbrewinggroup.co.uk/privacy-policy.
66. The Promoter's decision is final and binding in all circumstances in relation to the Promotion.
67. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or withdraw the Promotion as necessary due to unavoidable circumstances beyond its control make this necessary, but will use all reasonable endeavours to minimise the effect on participants to avoid undue disappointment.
68. If any provisions of these Terms & Conditions are judged to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, this will not affect or impact the continuation in full force and effect the remainder of the provisions.
69. By entering this Promotion, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
70. In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and the details in any promotional material, the details in these Terms & Conditions will prevail.
71. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

4. Prize:

• The prize will be dispatched directly by PerfectDraft.

• The Promoter may refuse to award the prize in the event of any entrant’s fraud, dishonesty, breach or non-entitlement under these T&Cs or seek recovery of its value if the prize has been awarded. 
5. Winner Selection & Notification:
• One winner will be chosen at random through an impartial third-party random selector tool on Tuesday 16th December 2025.
• The winner will be notified by Instagram Direct Message from @perfectdraftuk Instagram account 24 hours after the prize draw.
• Entrants are encouraged to monitor their Instagram direct messages during this period.
• The winner must respond within 3 days of notification via direct message to confirm eligibility (including proof of age) and acceptance of the prize.
• If a potential winner does not respond to the notification within the time period, or fails to comply with these T&Cs, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate potential winner will be randomly selected. Any alternate potential winner selected will also be required to respond to the Direct Message within 3 days.
6. Prize Fulfilment:
• The prize will be sent to the confirmed winner by post within 30 days of acceptance to the addressed provided upon claiming the prize. The Promoter will not dispatch any Prizes to virtual GB addresses such as, but not limited to AddressPal, Mail Boxes etc, Ghost Mail or OOH Pod.
• The Promoter takes no responsibility for any Prize which is lost in transit or unable to be delivered for whatever reason.

15. Amends: The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its control, while making reasonable efforts to minimise any adverse impact on participants.
16. Invalidity: If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

7. Conflict: In the event of any conflict, these T&Cs take precedence over any promotional materials.

9. Data Protection.  Entrant’s and the winner’s personal data will be processed only for the purposes of administration of the prize draw and fulfilment of the prize.  Data will processed in accordance with PerfectDraft’s privacy policy at https://www.perfectdraft.com/en-gb/privacy-policy.
10. Regulation: The surname and county of the winner will be available upon request by sending an email to consumer.helpline@ab-inbev.com within three months of the Closing Date. Entrants to the Promotion can, at any time (including at or before the time of entry), object to all or some of their personal information being made available by emailing consumer.helpline@ab-inbev.com.
