We can pick up your kegs. Or you can drop them off We have partnered with over 500 stores who can process your keg return in-store and/or have over 7,000 drop-off points to collect via Yodel.
That feel-good tingle for doing good. We reuse every keg you send back to us. It's cleaned and refilled with more beer.

Please remember
You can find your local store here to drop off your keg and receive your credit in-store. No minimum kegs. No boxes. No fuss.
When returning via home collection you can only return a minimum of 2 kegs at a time.
When making a return, please enclose the correct number of kegs in the box. Beer Tokens will be credited only when the correct number of kegs are returned.
Remove any old delivery labels from the box.
If there are any discrepancies between the declared number of returned kegs and the kegs we received, we will contact you.

Express Credit enables you to be credited Beer Tokens within 24 hours of your empty kegs being collected by a courier or dropped off in-store. What this means is you won’t be waiting around for your tokens to make your next order, you will have them quickly so your fridge can stay stocked up!

Returning via Home Collection
Here is an overview of the process from start to finish. Assemble your empties and make sure you're logged into your account before starting.
Enter your details
Choose a date for the collection.
Enter the number of kegs and the number of boxes you wish to return.
Confirm your return
Check your request and confirm that all information are correct.
Pack your empties
Place your kegs in the box(es).
Wait for pickup
Hand your box to the delivery driver when they arrive - the driver will bring the label and affix it to your box.
Wait for your Beer Tokens
Once we receive them back, we’ll credit your account with £5 of Beer Tokens per keg!

Returning via Community Stores
An Official Community Store is a local, independent convenience store we have partnered with to offer you an easier and faster way to return your empty kegs as well as a place to pick up your favourite kegs. Please Note: We cannot guarantee availability of stock at these stores.
Take your keg(s) to the store
No need to put your kegs in a box(es) – simply take them to the store and give them to the store attendant.
Receive your credit in-store
You will receive £5 per empty keg returned that you can use towards your next in-store purchase. No need to wait for credits – it’s that easy.
